Shipping.

OUR GOAL IN SHIPPING IS FIRSTLY TO PACK YOUR ITEMS WHERE THEY WILL ARRIVE SAFELY, AND SECONDLY TO SHIP ECONOMICALLY. WE WILL GLADLY COMBINE YOUR ITEMS WHEN POSSIBLE AND EVEN COMBINE PURCHASES FROM MULTIPLE AUCTIONS.  We ship everything insured and will not 'just put it in an envelope' or have customers send us their shipping labels. 

WE BILL TWICE: ONCE YOUR INVOICE IS PAID YOUR ITEMS ARE PULLED AND PACKAGED. YOU WILL THEN RECEIVE A EMAIL and a TEXT FROM SHIPPING SAINT WITH YOUR SHIPPING TOTAL. ONCE SHIPPING IS PAID, THE LABEL IS GENERATED AND YOUR ITEM WILL SHIP IMMEDIATELY.

As with all of our auctions, we calculate the packing/shipping after your items are packed, because AFTER your items are packed, we KNOW the WEIGHT, DESTINATION, AND DIMENSIONS of the box, all factors that are REQUIRED for accurate postage costs.  

We have MANY REPEAT CUSTOMERS because of our in-house streamlined shipping service.   

WE CONTACT YOU VIA THE EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER THAT YOU HAVE ON FILE WITH the platform from where you bid. If you are not getting correspondence, CHECK YOUR REGISTRATION INFORMATION.

WE CANNOT CALCULATE SHIPPING ESTIMATES.  If you would like an estimate, you are welcome to go to www.usps.com and calculate packages for a business address at zip code 65791.

Shipping will be via USPS, UPS OR FEDEX at Buyers expense Plus a packing charge per lot.  OVERSIZED ITEMS: We will take your items to the UPS store in Mountain Home, AR,  where they will crate and package your items and THEY WILL CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY for packing and shipping charges.  THIS CAN BE EXPENSIVE.  Please factor your bids accordingly. 
 
If you fail to pay shipping or pick up your items within 1 month of the initial date that your shipping total is emailed to you, the merchandise is considered abandoned and no refund will be given.  We will notify you no less than 6 times within that month.
