MAN CAMP EXPERIENCE

​2 Cabins & 2 Nights stay at Saddler Falls Resort on the beautiful Spring River.
Saddler Falls is known as one the best Trout fishing spots on the River.
NOTE: When we say cabins, we use the term loosely. Truthfully they are more like cozy little shacks or an upsized playhouse.
WARNING,
IF YOU ARE HIGH MAINTENCE, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!
But If you are just plain folks, that can appreciate a man camp like experience,
Beautiful scenery, fishing, campfires, riverbanks & people watching,
You’ve found your happy place!
FACTS:
Each Cabin has a full size bed & a set of bunk beds
You must go dirt roading to get here.
WIRELESS INTERNET --- No, but you can hang out on the front porch of the main office & surf the web to your heart’s content!
AC and heat --- Yep
Running water --- in the public area
Indoor BATHROOMS & Showers --- yes, there is a separate bathhouse near the cabins. They are not too fancy but they are clean.
Fridge and microwave --- yep
Is it family friendly? --- Yes it is!
Is it peaceful? --- Pretty much every day except for Saturdays during the summer. It is a small family campground & we limit the number of occupants. The campground is never over packed but the river is often full on Saturday (especially on holiday weekends). Saturday afternoon during the summer is the best people watching. Warning!! There are a few nuts that go by but mostly they just pass through without stopping.
Phone & fax service --- Nope
VERIZON CELL PHONES WORK PRETTY WELL BUT ATT&T, not so much.
Sheet thread count --- whatever count you are used to, BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS & PILLOWS
Room Service – That’s Funny.
Things to do: Roast Marshmallows, sit by the campfire, try your hand at fly fishing, go tubing, canoe or rafting, watch the people, take a nap, layout in the river or on the bank. Not a river person, I’m sorry. You can take a day trip and go antiquing or buy this package for someone that is a river person.
