By placing a bid, all bidders agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. Please scroll and read all terms carefully, including information regarding preview, pickup, payment, and shipping.
TERMS OF SALE
A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid and included on your invoice.
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties, guarantees, returns, or refunds.
All sales are final. Bidders are responsible for verifying item condition and accuracy of all descriptions before bidding.
Photographs and descriptions are provided as a guide only—please verify all information to your satisfaction prior to bidding.
SOLDasap, LLC does not have the time or resources to research or verify whether any item has been recalled by its manufacturer or any governing agency. Many of these items may have been part of a household for generations. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to investigate and confirm the safety or recall status of any item prior to bidding, use, or resale.
Bidding is a binding contract. Once submitted, bids cannot be withdrawn or changed.
Failure to inspect items does not relieve the bidder from the responsibility of payment and timely removal.
SOLDasap, LLC reserves the right to modify bidder usernames or passwords at our discretion.
The auction may be subject to additions or deletions prior to closing.
A paid invoice is required to pick up items.
INVOICES & PAYMENT
Invoices will be sent by email following the auction’s close.
Payment is due in full by the end of the advertised pickup day.

Wire Transfer (must be arranged in advance with a $15 surcharge)
Important Payment Notes:
No credit or debit cards will be accepted for invoices over $1,000 unless prior approval has been obtained.
No chargebacks are allowed.
Buyers assume full responsibility for their purchases the moment the auction closes and they are the high bidder.
NON-PAYMENT & FAILURE TO PICK UP
If payment is not received and/or items are not picked up by the end of the scheduled pickup day:
The buyer will be charged the high bid amount plus the 10% buyer's premium.
Additional fees will apply:
3.8% surcharge on the credit card on file (up to $1,000)
$25 late fee plus $20 per hour for labor and handling
After 5 days, items will be considered abandoned and resold.
EXTENDED BIDDING / DYNAMIC CLOSING
If a bid is placed within the final 5 minutes of an item’s closing, the closing time will be automatically extended by 5 minutes.
Bidding will continue in 5-minute increments until no further bids are received.

All preview attendees assume responsibility for their own safety. SOLDasap, LLC and the seller are not liable for accidents.
We strongly encourage you to inspect items in person and test functionality.
We will note obvious defects, but we cannot examine every item in depth.
PICKUP & REMOVAL
Pickup schedule can be found on the Auction Listing Tab and must be strictly followed.
Pickup is by appointment only through SignUpGenius.
Important: Do not place a bid unless you can adhere to the posted pickup schedule or have made prior arrangements with the auctioneer. Additional charges may apply for alternative pickup times. In some cases, the cost of labor to meet a buyer for pickup exceeds the commission earned on the item.
Buyers must bring their own tools, labor, and equipment needed to remove purchases.
If you fail to pick up items on time, they will be considered abandoned and resold. Unpaid invoices will result in the closure of your bidder account for all MarkNet Alliance auctions.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
No shipping is available for this auction. Local pickup only with a paid invoice.
DEFAULT TERMS
By bidding, each bidder acknowledges and agrees:
The Auctioneer and Seller may incur damages due to non-performance by the bidder.
Any property not paid for by midnight on pickup day may be repossessed regardless of prior payment.
Storage fees may apply beginning the day after pickup ends.
Defaulting accounts may be closed and flagged across the MarkNet Alliance network.
Items not picked up within the allotted time will be considered abandoned. If the invoice has been paid, the items may be resold, and the original buyer will have no further claim to them.
If the invoice is unpaid: The items will be resold and the buyer's account will be permanently closed.
FINAL REMINDERS
Do not wait until the last minute to register or contact the auction office. We may be unable to respond to last-minute inquiries.

This 1930 Ford Model A Deluxe Roadster is a fine example of Ford's iconic pre-war design, produced in June 1930 (per engine number A3376978). It features dual cowl lights, a tan folding canvas top, a rear mounted spare, wire wheels with wide whitewall tires, and the sought-after flying quail radiator cap. The body wears a two-tone finish with black fenders and gray body panels, while the interior retains its original-style mohair upholstery.

Offered here is a 1949 McCormick Farmall Cub by International Harvester, serial number 13468. Powered by its original 4-cylinder engine and equipped with a mid-mount mower deck, this little red workhorse is a true piece of rural Americana. The tractor shows classic Farmall styling with narrow front wheels, rear wheel weights, and original Stewart-Warner gauges still in place.
